Privacy notice

When you book a meeting we collect the details you provide — your name, email, and any optional company, phone number, topic, or guest emails — solely to arrange and hold the meeting.

This information is shared with Ian's calendar provider (to create the invitation) and, where applicable, the video-meeting provider. We never add you to marketing lists or sell your information.

Booking records are kept for a limited period and then deleted. To request deletion sooner, email ian@thevillageproject.com.
